A good night story from Thailand

On the island Kupu-Kupu

Kupu Kupu
The name Kupu Kupu is Malay and means butterfly

the waves went for a walk all day long.

One time they dared to continue on land - the other time they stayed ashamed in the ocean. Then again they danced along the beach, like many small white-haired and bearded elf men - getting smaller and smaller - running out on the shore. As if it were swallowed up by the sandy shore.

However, there were always new waves, accompanied by this wonderful sound of the sea.

In the meantime it was dark and the moon was standing, like a giant bowl in the sky. The waves continued to dance on the bank with the wind. And sometimes you could see something very special glowing on the beach - it looked like tiny glowing pearls - dancing between the waves on the beach!

(For adults, I have to explain that, because they always have to think something when they discover something: the glow came from the fluorescent plankton and its bacteria).

Maybe that went on all night, I do not know, because I got tired from the sound of the waves and at some point my eyes fell.
